Reminder About Using Tobacco Products on Campus

Dear Members of the OzU Community,

In response to the complaints and requests received lately, we would like to make the following reminder.

As you know, it is prohibited to smoke/use tobacco products indoors as per the Law No: 5727 on the Prevention and Control of Hazards of Tobacco Products”.

As e-cigarettes also fall within the scope of tobacco products, it is forbidden to smoke e-cigarettes indoors as well.

We would like to also remind you not to smoke/use tobacco products while entering or leaving a building, or in the no-smoking (smoke-free) zones designated by green lines in front of buildings.
