The transfer and adaptation of the courses and credits taken at the summer/winter school to OzU transcript are optional and are subject to approval by the OzU Faculty/Graduate School. If you would like to get this program’s courses and credits transferred to your OzU transcript, you should contact the administration of your Faculty/Graduate School to learn about the procedure before you register for a course at the partner institution.

Viadrina introduces a special format – the 6-week summer courses for undergraduate students from early June to mid-July, for students have the opportunity to participate in one to three courses (each worth 6 ECTS), thereby experience a "mini" semester abroad at Viadrina. They will study alongside other Viadrina and international students and will receive the same warm and dedicated support!
In the year 2025, we will be offering the following three courses:
- Narratives in European and International Politics: Theories and Cases (6 ECTS) Prof. Dr. Jürgen Neyer, European and International Politics, Faculty of Social and Cultural Sciences
- Power, Resistance and Digital Capitalism (6 ECTS) Prof. Dr. Miglė Bareikytė, Digital Studies, European New School of Digital Studies
- From Gender Linguistics to Queer Linguistics (6 ECTS) Dr. Miriam Lind, Research Focus in Linguistics, Faculty of Social and Cultural Sciences
These courses are conducted entirely in English, with all readings and materials provided in the same language. Students are expected to actively engage in discussions, participate in class activities, and demonstrate proficiency in English throughout the course. Active participation is integral to the learning experience and is essential for success in this course
