5 Faculty Members from Özyeğin University Receive Project Support from TÜBİTAK 3501 Career Development Program
Özyeğin University faculty members receive grants for their projects in different fields under the TÜBİTAK 3501 Career Development Program. Assistant Professor Kübra Kalkan Çakmakçı from the Department of Computer Engineering, Assistant Professor Burcu Mutlu from the Department of Anthropology, Assistant Professor Mesut Sayın from the Department of Management Information Systems, and Dr. Defne Yılmaz from the Department of Engineering Basic Sciences will work as project coordinators, while Assistant Professor Ekin Deniz İlhan from the Faculty of Law will work as a researcher in the accepted projects.
The project titles for which our faculty members received grant support are the following:
Assistant Professor Kübra Kalkan Çakmakçı (Principal Investigator): “Deprem Anında İHA’larla Sağlanacak İletişim Ağları İçin Blokzincir Tabanlı Güvenilirlik Çözümü”
Assistant Professor Burcu Mutlu (Principal Investigator): “Türkiye’de Kadın Sağlığı Meselesi Olarak Genital Estetik Ameliyatları”
Assistant Professor Mesut Sayın (Principal Investigator): “Sürdürülebilir Blok Zincir Tabanlı Bir Yaklaşımla Çevrim İçi Güçlü Yeşil Araç Rotalama”
Dr. Defne Yılmaz (Principal Investigator): “Katı Tümörlerde Hücre Dışı Matriksi Hedef Alan Tedavilerin Matematiksel Modellenmesi ve Uygulanan Terapötik Ajanların Antikanser Etkilerinin Hesaplamalı Yöntemlerle Araştırılması”

TÜBİTAK 3501 Career Development Program is established to encourage the studies of scientists with PhD degrees who have just started their careers by providing project support. It is a program that prioritizes the continuation of young scientists' careers as researchers and educators in the best way with the supported projects.
