The 'Mid-Semester Evaluation Form' has been implemented with the aim of receiving your feedback about the teaching process while the semester is still ongoing. Through the valuable feedback you provide via this form, it is intended to help the instructor better understand your needs regarding the course and to provide data for possible improvements to enhance your learning process.

The form consists of two comment questions. You can submit all your feedback about the course through this form between the dates specified below:

The responses provided in the course evaluation forms are accessible to the course instructors, Department Heads, and Faculty Deans / Directors of Schools and Institutes. However, these authorities cannot access any identifying information of the students who have filled out the forms.
