Elif Hande Yılmaz works as an English instructor in the School of Languages (ScOLa). She holds an MA in English Language Teaching (ELT) from Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University and has completed graduate coursework in Philosophy at Boğaziçi University. She also earned three bachelor’s degrees: one in English Language Teaching from Middle East Technical University (METU), one in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz through the dual diploma program, and another in Business Administration from Gazi University. With over ten years of teaching experience at the tertiary level, she is particularly interested in student-centered and innovative teaching approaches that foster learner autonomy, motivation, and communicative competence.
