Eray Sevingil Bilici, PhD is a full-time instructor at the School of Foreign Languages, where she has been teaching since 2012. She teaches in both the preparatory program and departmental English (EAP) courses, and also leads curriculum design, instructional planning, and student assessment for the Undergraduate English department. She holds a BA in English Language Teaching from Marmara University, an MA from Boğaziçi University, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Yeditepe University. Dr. Bilici is also a Fulbright alumna and holds a DELTA diploma. Her academic work focuses on sustainability in higher education, curriculum development, educational technologies, and intercultural communication. She has published and presented her work nationally and internationally.
