Dr. Gözde Çörekçioğlu İshakoğlu is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Özyeğin University. Her research interests include Labor Economics, Personnel Economics, and Gender Economics. Her recent work focuses on transforming workplace climate, and female leadership in organizations. She holds a PhD from the European University Institute.
