Biography

Melike Findikoglu holds a PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and completed postdoctoral research at Technion, Israel. Before academia, she held managerial roles in financial services and management consulting. Her research focuses on value creation through alliances, particularly in high-tech industries, the strategic use of information systems, and organizational resilience. She also has a long-standing interest in ICT-enabled transformation within organizations and societies, especially  in the healthcare industry. Her work has been published in top-tier journals, including Strategic Organization, Journal of Small Business Management, European Journal of Information Systems, and Journal of Information Technology. She currently serves as a Senior Associate Editor at European Management Journal in the Business Strategy and Organizational Theory domains.
