Merve Elbirlik Tülek has been an Instructor at ScOLa since 2011. She received her BA in English Language and Literature from İstanbul University in 2001; MA in Educational Administration and Supervision from Yeditepe University in 2009. She holds ICELT certificate and DELTA diploma from Cambridge University. In 2018, she completed Teaching English for Academic Purposes post-graduate certification program at University of Glasgow. She was awarded the title of BALEAP Associate Fellow in 2020. She received scholarship from the US Embassy, Regional English Language Office on Teacher Training for Media Literacy. Prior to Özyeğin University, Merve worked as an EFL Instructor and Teacher at various organizations including Dogus University, Yeditepe University, Marmara University, Ankara University TOMER, and Bilfen Çamlıca Primary School. She also worked as an Instruction Coordinator, Test Office Member and Teacher Development Office Member.
