Bilkent University, English Language Teaching

Özlem Baykan works as a Team Leader at School of Languages. She received a B.A and M.A degree in 2010 at Bilkent University, English Language Teaching Department, in combined B.A and M.A program. She holds DELTA from Cambridge University. Currently, she is pursuing her M.Sc. at Educational Administration and Planning at Middle East Technical University with a focus on Gender and Academic Leadership in Higher Education in her thesis. She started her teaching career at Özyeğin University and she worked as a level coordinator at ScOLa before her current role. She also works as a CELTA and DELTA trainer, and serves as an EAQUALS Inspector and CEA Commissioner.
