Shiva Khoei Oskouei works as an instructor at ScOLa. She received her BA degree in English Language Teaching from Tabriz Azad University in 1997; her MA in ELT from Tabriz University in 2006. She holds  CELTA from ITI Istanbul. Prior to Ozyegin University, she worked at Tehran Azad University, KNTU University, TMU university as an English Language Instructor and Tehran institute of Technology as a TESOL Trainer.
