Biography

Ceyda Maden-Eyiusta is an Associate Professor of Management at Özyeğin University, Faculty of Business in Turkey, where she has also been serving as the Associate Dean since December 2022. Her research primarily focuses on employee proactivity, person-environment fit, work engagement, and the work-home interface. She has published her work in leading academic journals such as Human Resource Management, European Management Journal, International Journal of Human Resource Management, The Service Industries Journal, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Personnel Review.

Ceyda serves on the editorial board of the European Management Journal. Alongside her research, she has extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels and provides executive training on various topics related to organizational behavior.
