Biyografi

Doç. Dr. Ceyda Maden-Eyiusta, 2021 yılından bu yana Özyeğin Üniversitesi İşletme Fakültesi’nde Yönetim ve Organizasyon alanında öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır. Aralık 2022’den itibaren aynı fakültede Dekan Yardımcılığı görevini de üstlenmiştir.

Araştırmaları çalışan proaktifliği, kişi-çevre uyumu, işe adanmışlık ve iş-aile etkileşimi gibi konulara odaklanmaktadır. Bu alanlardaki çalışmalarını Human Resource Management, European Management Journal, International Journal of Human Resource Management, The Service Industries Journal, Journal of Managerial Psychology ve Personnel Review gibi alanında saygın akademik dergilerde yayımlanmıştır.

Ayrıca European Management Journal dergisinin editörler kurulu üyesidir. Lisans ve lisansüstü düzeyde kapsamlı bir öğretim deneyimine sahip olan Maden-Eyiusta, örgütsel davranış alanında çeşitli yönetici eğitimleri de vermektedir.
